14-DAY RETURN POLICY

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. However, if you change your mind or would like to exchange for another size, color, or style, please submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order. 

 

How To Return & Refund

1. Submit a return request at Contact Us to Customer Service within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include the reason for return and photographs for verification.
   2. Once we have approved your request, you will be sent a return form which needs to be included with your return. Please send your item(s) using local post within 14 days from receiving the return form.
   3. When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected to ensure it is in the original condition and has the issues stated in the return request.
   4. Once confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 10-25 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank). All products are shipped free of charge. We do not deduct any original outbound shipping fee from your refund. Return postage is not included in free outbound shipping and is non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. All PayPal payment can only be refunded via PayPal, all Credit Card payment will only be refunded to the original Credit Card.
   5. Please Note: we reserve the right not to process the refund if they are returned in unacceptable condition.

Return Handling Fee

A return handling (restocking) fee of 5% of the amount paid for the returned merchandise, after discounts and excluding taxes and shipping, will be deducted from your refund. For example, returning an item purchased for US$90 incurs a US$4.50 fee. Return postage is the customer's responsibility and is separate from this fee. This fee does not apply where prohibited by applicable law, including where statutory rights require a full refund.

General Return Policy

1. You must submit all return requests within 14 days of your package being delivered.
2. The following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged—① Items on clearance, ②Customized items,
3. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered.

Note:We advise you to write your order information (order number and email address), reasons for returning or exchanging, plus other comments on a piece of paper. Please enclose this in your returns package.

Note: We do not accept returned items that have not been processed and submitted first.The return address will be provided by the staff after communication.
